Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Pallibari delivered a defective or incorrect product.
If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, Pallibari will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
Customers may request an exchange for a different size or product within the 14-day return window.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customized or tailored products cannot be returned unless defective.
