• All products are sourced directly from Bangladesh and sold in Sweden.

• We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations in color, design, or fabric may occur.

• Availability of products is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

• Pallibari reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Customers will receive an email confirmation with order details and tracking information.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include applicable taxes.

• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, and Swish.

• Pallibari does not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days within Sweden.

• Delivery charges are calculated based on product weight and destination, shown at checkout.

• Pallibari is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Customers may return products within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact information.

• Pallibari is not liable for issues arising from incorrect details provided by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Pallibari website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Pallibari and may not be used without prior permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Pallibari is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden.

• Any disputes will be resolved under Swedish jurisdiction.
